My boyfriend and I were in a sticky situation where we needed an apartment and quick. He lost his family home to a fire and we needed a place post-winter rental. Upon the first day meeting us, Candace found us a stop over rental (for a month and a half). When I approached her about a listing I saw for an annual rental, she worked her magic in one day again and helped secure us that great annual rental. Shes fast, responsive, determined, and smart. We really dont know where wed be right now if it wasnt for the power of Candace! I cannot recommend her enough!

Candace was on top of everything, keeping apprized of everything we had to do to close the deal. She got us in contact with the lawyer and contractors. Candace handled all aspects of the sale of house. She worked with her staff to take professional photographs of house, prepared all of the paperwork necessary to list the house, provided showing opportunities, and worked with other agents who brought their clients to see their potential home. The house was listed and under contract in less than a week. She also provided a recommendation on an attorney making the entire process seemless. She was attentive to all of my needs and questions. My dream has been for the longest time to have a summer place not far from the beach. April with her local knowledge found just the right condo for me on the bay! She listened to my needs and is a very knowledgeable as a real estate agent. You can see that she has been doing this awhile as her full time job. Living 85 miles from the condo, April offered to take my place and do the walk thru on the day of my closing- since the closing was conducted in north jersey this was a big help!
