Then creating an automation shortcut using the Shortcuts app to achieve iPhone/iPad turn off automatically is applicable.

Step 1: Launch the Shortcuts app.

Step 2: Tap on the "Automation" tab at the bottom and tap on "New Automation".

Step 3: Select "Time of Day" as a trigger.

Step 4: Set the time for your iPhone to shut down or restart, and choose whether to repeat daily or on specific days of the week. And select "Run Immediately" and turn off "Notify When Run". Once set, tap "Next".

Step 5: In Action page, tap on "New Blank Automation" > "Add Action", and search for "Shut Down".
